Ordering and prices

1. Add the selected product into the basket. Click on “view basket” in the top right corner and then “continue with the purchase”. Enter your data, which will appear on the right side for additional control. It is mandatory to enter your telephone number in the event of delivery complications (the courier cannot find you). Then, select the payment method which most suits you, check the delivery address, the payment method and the final amount once again in the final step. At this point, you can still change your mind and empty the basket. Before confirming the purchase, go to Click here” in the bottom left corner. By clicking on “complete purchase”, your purchase is completed. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order on your e-mail address.
The online store accepts orders 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Orders cannot be places on Saturdays, Sundays or during holidays. All orders received by 12.00 are delivered within two days in Slovenia, and within seven days to other EU and EX-YU countries. Should the product be out of stock when it is ordered, the will be supplied upon the arrival of new products or in accordance with the agreement with the customer.

We would like to inform you that it might happen that the information about the price is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the product should change during the order processing, the provider shall enable the customer to cancel the purchase, while at the same time offering the customer a solution to the benefit of both parties.

Special offer prices in the e-store only apply for online customers and do not apply for purchases at the company’s headquarters. All special offer products are clearly marked.

Both standard and online prices are published in our online store. The online price is lower than the standard price for some products, and only applies for online customers. Products bought via the website cannot be accepted at the company’s headquarters.

All prices are valid as of: 1 June 2014 and include VAT.


We would like to make our customers happy by offering them additional discounts on special occasions. To do this, we send them promotional codes via our e-news which they can use to save 5%, 10%, 15% or more on the product. There is a window next to the selected product where you can enter the promotional code (DISCOUNT CODE), and the discount can then be seen in the purchase basket. Promotional coupons have a time limit, the validity date is clearly written in the message. 


The shipment costs in the Republic of Slovenia and EX-YU countries are charged in accordance with the valid price list of the Slovenian Post. The shipment costs for other EU countries are charged in accordance with the valid DHL price list. Upon shipment acceptance, the Slovenian Post charges the postal fee for transferring the purchased goods according to their valid price list.
The goods cannot be delivered as poste restante, to a post office box or a hotel address.
The shipment costs are added to your order in the ordering phase, and can be seen in the purchase basket before the user clicks on the “Complete purchase” button to make the final confirmation of the order.

For purchases over €50.00, delivery in the Republic of Slovenia is free of charge.

Payment methods

Payment on delivery - the products will be sent and paid upon delivery You will pay the delivery person in cash, and they will process the payment for you via the universal payment order (UPN). Upon shipment acceptance, you will need to pay the fee for the payment via the universal payment order (UPN) to the Slovenian Post, according to the valid price list. Should you be absent during the time of delivery, the ordered shipment can later be accepted and paid at your local post office.
The ordered products shall remain the property of LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. Izola until the payment of the purchase price.

Pre-payments or a payments via a pro-forma invoice - You can pay for the ordered goods on your online bank (NOVA LJUBLJANSKA BANKA) with a bank transfer to LIVE MEHANO d.o.o.’s account, no. SI56 0223 6001 3568 310. You can complete the payment based on the electronic order (valid as a pro-forma invoice) which you receive once you have placed the order. The delivery time starts the day we receive the funds on our bank account. We kindly ask you to keep the following in mind; the received orders are sent based on the order of received payments, so the stock upon the receipt of your payment might be different from the stock upon order placement.

Payments with credit cards - The payment is made via an online interface, which is provided to the retailer by the Bankart processing center. The payment is composed of an authorization and confirmation of payment, which are completed via the online server of the processing center. The authorization for each payment is given automatically upon confirmation of the purchase by the card holder. To guarantee the protection of credit card information during online payment, we use the widely supported web coding technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL); 3D Secure authenticates both parties involved in the transaction, which means that for each transaction, the identity is checked for both parties involved in the process, the card holder and the point of sale. Payments can be made with BA, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa credit cards.

Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions include the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. In addition to these terms and conditions, special terms and conditions or contractual provisions might apply to specific sections, subpages or specific users. Legal relations between website users and the seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

It is good to know - By placing the order, the buyer accepts the general terms and conditions.

Ordering - The order can be placed only by a person of age. Younger persons need their parents’ or legal guardians’ written permission.

Concluding the order - The long distance contract is concluded when the user confirms the last step of order placements, and the seller has confirmed the receipt of the order with an e-mail sent to the user’s e-mail address.

Warranty, claims, returning goods

The products have a warranty if it is so stated on the warranty certificate or on the invoice. The standard product warranty is one year, except for products which have a different warranty period.

The buyer has the right to inform the company that they are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days after the acceptance of goods, without having to provide a reason for this decision. The cost borne by the user in relation to the withdrawal from the contract, is the cost for returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller within 30 days after the communication of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be returned undamaged, in an unchanged quantity, unused and in the original packaging. The payment refund will be made with a bank transfer to the bank account as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after the communication of withdrawal from the contract.

Returning goods at LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. Izola’s expenses is not possible, unless previously agreed so.

Claims will not be considered in the following cases:
- failure to observe the instructions for use
- product repair by unauthorized persons
- installation of unoriginal components
- damage occurred due to mechanical impacts caused through the fault of the buyer or a third person
- unprofessional or negligent handling of the product by the buyer

Here are some tips on what to pay attention to when returning goods, to make the return as fast and easy as possible.
- open the packaging carefully and keep it in an undamaged state until you are sure that this is the product you have ordered,
- should you return the product in person at the company’s headquarters, the product must be checked by the clerk,
- damage can occur when handling the product,
- products which have visible signs of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) should not be returned.

Products bought long-distance are not intended to be used within the legal period for withdrawal. The option to withdraw from the contract means you can open the packaging, check it and, if it does not suit you or meet your expectation, you can withdraw from the purchase. The product must not be used!

This recommendations do not apply if the product is damaged or not functional upon delivery. In this case, the product is subject to a complaint.

For complaints to be taken into consideration, all documentation related to the complaint about the goods should be sent via regular post or to our e-mail, #EM#696f646c4468636f696765257f64#EM#. Such documentation includes the original invoice and a letter of complaint describing the fault on the product. In addition to the letter of complaint, visual material should be included (photograph), where the fault can be seen clearly.
Complaints will NOT be taken into account in case of physical damage which are the consequence of negligent use of the goods.

After receiving all the documentation, our company shall begin the complaint procedure and inform you about is as well. The estimated time for solving complaints is 10-20 business days. A new product or spare part will be sent to the customer directly to their address. Information about the product should be accurate, otherwise, the customer shall not receive a new product.

The shipment costs are always borne by the buyer, unless previously agreed so. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments, unless previously agreed so.

Returning damaged shipments

If the package is physically damaged, if contents are missing or if there are signs it has been opened, the buyer should initiate a complaint procedure at Pošta Slovenija (Slovenian Post).

You can do this by bringing the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything), and by filling out the complaint form. Together with Pošta Slovenija (Slovenian Post), we will make sure that the complaint is solved as soon as possible. When returning the package to the seller, send it to the company’s headquarters, LIVE MEHANO d.o.o., Polje 9, 6310 Izola. We recommend that you adequately prepare the goods for transport.

Purchase security and data security

Buying through the online store is safe. All data about the buyer and the payment method are used solely for the purpose of the purchase and for sending information to the buyer. Data collected with the purpose of securing a smooth operation: name, surname, delivery address, phone number for checking order information, password, e-mail for informing buyers about the progress of the purchase and about updates on the website.

We thereby undertake to use the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1). We never request complete information about your usernames, personal passwords or other data that might be used by an unauthorized person to access your personal data in any way.

Complaints and disputes

The seller respects the existing customer protection legislation. The seller shall use their best endeavour to fulfill their obligation of establishing an effective system for processing complaints, and name a person a buyer can contact on the phone or via e-mail in case of problems.

The seller is aware of the fact that the essential characteristics of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of the judicial settlement of disputes, is the asymmetry between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also the main obstacle that prevents the consumer from initiating a judicial settlement of the dispute. Therefore, the seller shall use their best endeavour to resolve potential disputes in an amicable manner. For a short explanation or a simple resolution of complaints, we recommend you to call us or contact us, so we can resolve the complaint quickly, without any additional complications.

Statement on privacy, data protection and cookies

LIVE MEHANO d.o.o., as the manager, manages, maintains and controls the database of individuals’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. processes the collected personal data of buyers for the purpose of completing orders, statistical sampling, surveying, offer adaptation and segmentation, market research, to send information on the offer, updates and special benefits, information on sent shipments, to conduct target-oriented marketing and send other promotional material. LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. can send the collected data to their related companies (LIVE d.o.o. and LIVE International d.o.o.), for the purpose of direct marketing of their services and products. For the purpose of completing the order, your data can also be forwarded to our contractual partners, such as the delivery service, however, they do not keep them in their databases. For the purpose of contacting our customer, an individual shall allow the use of different communication channels, such as the telephone, post, e-mail, text messages, etc. The indicated data can be processed by LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. for their own purposes until an individual submits a withdrawal of consent, or until the data no longer serve their purpose. During personal data management, individuals have the opportunity to view and update the data in the database; they can request from LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. to have insight, copy, update, correct, block or delete the personal data referring to them, and can request a permanent or temporary suspension of use of their personal data or request the data be cancelled from the database.

LIVE MEHANO d.o.o. can also use the data from publicly available databases to send printed materials, however, they shall not process or store such data in their own information system.

With the placement of the order, the buyer gives consent for collecting, processing and storing their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1), and in accordance with the these general terms and conditions, and agrees with this method of personal data collection, processing and storing, and with personal data processing conducted by our contractual partner.

For the purpose of providing security, IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected. At the beginning of the session, each user is assigned with a session cookie for identification and monitoring the basket of purchases. Some persistent cookies can also be saved on your computer, such as: the user identification number in a coded form (to recognize the user upon their next visit) and Google Analytics cookies (website visits analysis)

Personal data manager

The personal data manager is the application manager. They protect the data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction, with adequate security measures. The manager or the owner shall not forward the data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the operation of the system.
